Yes. Your current tier stays active for its full paid duration; after it expires, choose any tier and duration. Mid-cycle switches and prorated upgrades are not offered yet.

Your account returns to the free tier. You keep your progress and analytics history, but premium features pause until you buy another pass. Cancelling AutoPay stops the next charge and keeps access through the current paid month.
